Willow Daycare offers weekday childcare in a small-group, home-like setting. Care is delivered through gentle routines, steady guidance, and consistent communication with families.
Location: West Galt area, Cambridge, Ontario. Tours are offered by appointment.

Days follow a consistent rhythm so children feel secure and families know what to expect. We balance play, outdoor movement, meals, and rest with a calm pace.

Families receive a brief email update each day, with photos when permitted. We also share quick notes as needed for sleep, food, or any changes in routine.
Current openings: 2 spots for Spring 2026. If the schedule you need isn’t available, we offer a waitlist and will email when openings match.

What is the daily rate?
The daily rate is $55 per day. This includes childcare and snacks. Families provide lunch. Part-time schedules are available when space allows and are priced by the days booked.
What should my child bring each day?
A change of clothes, weather-appropriate outdoor gear, diapers/wipes if needed, and a comfort item for rest time. A simple checklist is provided by email after enrollment.
How do you handle nap and rest time?
Rest time follows a consistent routine with a calm wind-down. Children are supported gently. Quiet activities are available for those who rest differently.
How do families receive updates?
Families receive a brief email update each day, and photos when permitted. If anything needs attention, we’ll email or call as needed the same day.
How do I check availability or join the waitlist?
Email us with your child’s age, preferred start date, and the schedule you need. We’ll reply with current openings. If a match isn’t available, we can add you to the waitlist and reach out when space opens.
